Important Rules of conduct

  • Please respect your body and your current limitations. Consult your doctor wether this form of exercise is recommended for you. Please inform your instructor prior to class about old and new injuries – especially contra-indications of the spine (e.g. prolapsed or slipped discs etc) - operations, hip replacements, knee surgeries, pregnancy, high blood pressure e.g..
  • Studio18 and team cannot be held responsible for any injuries which may occur during the training or within our facility.
  • Studio18 is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Please wear comfortable but not too loose fitting clothes, no shoes. For hygienic reasons we ask you to wear socks during the training. If you do want to use our shower, please bring your own towel.
  • Missed classes are not being reinstated.
  • Reserved Private or Semiprivate appointments must to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise they will be billed in full.
