What shall I wear?
Please wear comfortable but not too loose fitting clothes, no shoes. For hygienic reasons we ask you to wear socks during the training.
Teaching Language
teaching language is german if not further specified. Privates, Duos and Trios can also be held in English. If it does not disturb the flow of a group class, group classes can be taught german/english as well.
Can I join an ongoing class?
It is possible to join an ongoing class or to take a try-out class. Please contact us.
Can I come as a drop in only?
Due to our limited amount of class particpants we only offer class packages. In special circumstances you can come as a drop in only. Please contact us.
Missed Group Classes
Missed classes are not being reinstated. After consulting with your teacher it is possible to comsume your missed class in another Group class within the same teaching period.
Private Training, Duos and Trios
Are by appointment only. If you purchase a 10 session card, you will be given a fix time and date for your weekly session(s) (rescheduling possible).If you have to cancel your appointment we ask you to do this as soon as possible. Sessions that are not canceled 24 hours in advance, are being charged fully. In case you are late for your session, your session will still end on time.
If your Duo or Trio partner cancels on time, you can either purchase a private session (or Duo), or we will try to find you a partner for your scheduled appointment. We will also give you the option to join a training session on another day to the same conditions as your canceled appointment. If your Training partner cancels within the 24hrs, your session will be held as scheduled.
